SYSTEMIC CONSTELLATIONS INDIVIDUAL SESSION
What you need to know about the session:
Individual alignments are conducted by Moksha both in person and online, via Zoom, using the Austrian company's systematic alignment board application: The Online Constellation Board.
The client does not need to download the board app and register. Zoom is enough for them.
Both the face-to-face and online sessions last approximately 2 hours. For the online session, you will need either a laptop, computer, or tablet and a stable internet connection. The session will not be held on a mobile phone!
There should be no noise in the environment during the session. It is necessary for the client to be alone, in a quiet environment.
At the beginning, there will be a conversation about topics and issues that are relevant to the client. After this, the need for additional sessions will be discussed.
ABOUT THE SESSION:
Both group and individual layouts help us see the inter-dynamics of family, organizational, and individual internal structures and better understand and comprehend the functions, properties, and interrelationships of their constituent components.
During an individual placement session, the client's current issue is discussed, which the client needs to reflect on more and wants to find ways to resolve and solve. These can be topics of individual nature, symptoms, lifestyle, relationships, activities, and self-realization.
During the session, the need to discuss issues of family relationships in relation to other topics may emerge. These issues often affect our current life processes as well as our future generations.
Unlike classical psychotherapies, counseling therapies in the humanitarian field are more resource-oriented. Systemic approaches also belong to this field. Here it is necessary to see problems, traumas, attachments, addictions and regulate them. On the other hand, we need to perceive our own resources and understand the blockages and internal barriers in relation to them.
Unlike analytical approaches, where we mostly go into details and Zoom In, the placement method helps us Zoom Out, which is its great advantage over other therapeutic methods. Because we can allow our cognitive processes to proceed intuitively through spatial-geometric simulation and visualization, and thus have access to our unconscious layers, which is not possible during the usual thinking process.
